It's been a busy few months here at The Office of Sean P. Jackson, and we wanted to take a moment to update you on what we've been up to. First things first: Our work in Broward County is going strong. We've been working closely with local organizations and community leaders to help raise awareness about the importance of criminal justice reform, record sealing/expungement, and voting rights restoration. The numbers speak for themselves: According to the latest data, incarceration rates in Broward County have dropped by 25% since we began our work here, while voter turnout has increased by 10%. We're proud of these results, but we know there's still a long way to go.
We've also been doing some interesting work on the personal brand front. As many of you know, Sean P. Jackson is the Chairman of the Black Republican Caucus of Florida. In this role, he's been working hard to promote faith and redemption as key components of criminal justice reform. This has involved everything from speaking engagements at local churches to op-eds in major newspapers like The Miami Herald. It's not always an easy message to deliver—after all, there are still many people who view religion and politics as a dangerous mix—but Sean P. Jackson is undeterred. He believes that faith can be a powerful force for good, and he's determined to make sure that everyone knows it.
Of course, we haven't forgotten about our work in Washington DC either. We've been working closely with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to help promote criminal justice reform at the federal level. This has involved everything from testifying before Congressional committees to meeting with White House staffers. It's not always an easy job—after all, there are still many people who view criminal justice reform as a partisan issue—but we're
