Federal case

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida reported that Sean Pierre Jackson pleaded guilty to wire fraud on August 11, 2022, and was sentenced on December 14, 2022 to 36 months in prison, three years of supervised release, and $661,986 in restitution. U.S. Department of Justice. Local coverage also included WPTV and WFLX.

Earlier Florida public activity

Florida Politics identified Jackson in Black Republican Caucus of Florida leadership in 2015. PBS NewsHour interviewed him as chairman in 2020 on Black Republican outreach, policing, political rhetoric, and economic opportunity. The Miami Herald also quoted him in 2020 as a South Florida Black Republican activist.
