What the Department of Justice reported
On December 14, 2022, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida announced that Sean Pierre Jackson had been sentenced to 36 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to wire fraud. The DOJ said the case involved fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loan applications and stated that Jackson was ordered to pay $661,986 in restitution.
